WHAT IS STYLE CLUB?

STYLE CLUB is a membership exclusively for women. Your membership includes a monthly  outfit delivery, selected for you by your stylist. Each outfit you receive will be equal to, or higher in value, than what you pay. That means your stylist, shipping, and returns, are all FREE!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

To become a member, all you need to do is  select what tier membership you would like to join,  enter your size, style ,and payment details, and you will receive your first outfit delivery soon after! We deliver all outfits on or around the 1st of the month.

HOW DO I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP?

We want to keep life as simple as possible. That's why when you become a member we will automatically debit your membership fee from your preferred credit or debit card linked to your PayPal account each month on the anniversary date of when you signed up . All you have to do is sit back and wait for your STYLE CLUB deliveries to arrive.

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?

When you join STYLE CLUB, your chosen credit or debit card will be charged with your first month’s membership. After your initial delivery on the 1st of the following month, you will be charged your monthly membership on the anniversary of when you first signed up.

For example, if you sign up on the 12th June, you will receive your first delivery on the 1st July, and be charged again on the 12th July for a 1st August delivery. You will not be charged twice in any given month unless you specify you would like two deliveries.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Need a break from looking too good? Simply log in to your PayPal account to make the changes, or contact us with the month you would like to pause, or your request to cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time. If you cancel in the time between your payment being made, and receiving your outfit, you will still receive your outfit on or around the 1st of the month as it will have already been paid for.

 

 

OUTFITS

 

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

STYLE CLUB stylists like to keep it fresh, so each month you will receive a different season appropriate outfit made up of clothing, shoes and accessories depending on your membership preferences and consultation with your stylist. Sometimes you may receive a dress, other times you may receive a top and trousers, or heels and earrings. If surprises are not your thing and you would like to know what you are getting ahead of time, simply get in touch.

WHEN WILL MY OUTFIT ARRIVE?

Your outfit will arrive on the 1st of the month, or up to a week either side. If we are going to be shipping earlier or later due to holiday timings, we will send you an email to let you know.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT?

AWKS. If this happens just email us within 14 days of receiving your STYLE CLUB delivery. We offer free returns and exchanges because we want to make sure that you love every single outfit we send you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FIT?

We all have different body types, and sometimes a particular brand or style is just not right!  That's why we offer free returns to STYLE CLUB so you can exchange sizes or receive a different style. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item in question, and we will organise your free return and new size delivery. If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item upon consultation with you.

I DON'T KNOW MY SIZES, HELP!

The best way to check your sizes is via your current clothes. Look at the sizes on the clothes that fit you best. Alternatively, you can email us and a stylist will assist you with your measurements.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FREE. It's all covered in your membership.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS

Simply let us know! Address changes must be made before the 20th of the month to take effect on your next delivery.

MY OUTFIT HAS NOT ARRIVED

Don't panic. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email for each delivery with details of your tracking number. If you have misplaced your tracking number, or it does not work, bang us an email. If your outfit has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your tracking number, please let us know.

RETURNS

 

HOW MUCH ARE RETURNS?

FREE. It's all covered in your membership.

I DON'T LIKE MY OUTFIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Sometimes things just aren't right. You can choose to return and exchange for a new outfit, or return for a full refund. Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your STYLE CLUB delivery. Your stylist will send you instructions on how to use our FREE returns service.

ONE OF MY ITEMS DOESN'T FIT, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

We offer free returns to STYLE CLUB so you can exchange sizes. Please email us within 14 days of receiving the item in question, and we will organise your free return and new size delivery. If we do not have your size available we will replace it with an equivalent item.

REFERRAL, GIFTS AND UPGRADES

 

CAN I REFER A FRIEND?

We encourage it. So much so, that when you refer a friend, we will give you $15 off your next month's membership. Simply email us to let us know who you referred, and receive your $15 discount as soon as we have verified their membership is legit. Don't worry, you won't receive the same items!

CAN I BUY A STYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?

TOTES! Just send us an email so we can organise that for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?

You can change what membership tier you are on at any time. Simply email us to change your preferences. If you update your preferences before your billing anniversary, the changes will take effect for your next delivery.

CAN I PURCHASE A ONE-OFF DELIVERY?

Of course! Simply join up, and remember to change your billing cycle in your PayPal account to reflect one payment cycle only. Treat Yo'Self!

I'M NOT FROM NZ, CAN I BECOME A STYLE CLUB MEMBER?

At this stage, STYLE CLUB is only for NZ residents. If you are from outside of NZ, please email us with your interest, so we can keep you up to date with our plans to start accepting memberships in your area.

DOES STYLE CLUB HAVE A MALE MEMBERSHIP OPTION?

We do indeed! We can't have the ladies looking chic without the men looking equally as flash! Check out our partner site www.bergclub.co.nz.
